Tygo Consulting is a specialist data protection consultancy for luxury and premium consumer brands and the clinics shaping modern aesthetics, where trust, discretion and customer experience are central to the brand. I'm Charlotte Staples, the founder of Tygo. I've spent over 15 years delivering data protection and governance programmes for leading UK and international organisations, across luxury retail, private healthcare, and high-growth digital businesses. I hold the globally recognised CIPP/E and CIPM qualifications as well as a Graduate Diploma in Law. My work spans some of the UK's most respected aesthetic clinics alongside premium consumer and lifestyle brands, and I've advised on data protection across the US, Australia, China and the EU.

I work in the sectors where discretion, reputation and a seamless digital experience matter most. I help clients manage data protection risk, put practical governance in place, and build data protection frameworks that protect the business without slowing commercial growth down.
