We do not intentionally collect special category data unless required to deliver specific consultancy services. Our consultancy contracts include relevant data processing clauses.
How We Use Your Data & the lawful basis for processing
We rely on the legal basis of ‘necessary for the performance of a contract’ to deliver our services, ‘legitimate interests’ to manage our business and improve services, and ‘consent’ for optional communications such as newsletters.
