A contract is formed only when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted and the Product has been made available to you. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5.2 Delivery. Products are delivered electronically. Following successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product via the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring this address is correct and that you can receive emails from us.

5.3 Licence to use. On purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the Product for your own internal business or personal purposes, including adapting it for use within your own organisation. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the Product (or any substantially similar derivative) available to third parties, whether for payment or free of charge. All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with Tygo Consulting Ltd.

5.4 Refunds and consumer rights. Because Products are digital content delivered immediately on purchase, by completing your order you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this means you lose the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Refunds are not available once a Product has been downloaded or accessed, except where the Product is faulty or materially does not conform to its description, in which case your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

5.5 Nature of the Products. Our templates are general-purpose tools intended to support your own data protection work. They are not legal advice, are not tailored to your specific circumstances, and do not create a consultant–client relationship between you and Tygo Consulting Ltd. 5.6 Liability for Products. Our liability in connection with any Product is limited as set out in section 8 below. Subject to the terms above, and except in respect of paid Products, our total liability will not exceed £200. In respect of any Product purchased through the site, our total liability in connection with that Product will not exceed the price you paid for it.
