Hi, I'm Charlotte, thank you for taking an interest in how I can help your clinic, private practice or retail business.  

I have over a decade of experience supporting some of the UK’s biggest brands to protect their data. I have led compliance initiatives for The Harrods Group, The NSPCC,  The British Heart Foundation and, as a consultant, many more organisations across the UK.

When the biggest change to UK data protection law in a generation (the General Data Protection Regulation) came into effect, I was leading the data protection function at the Harrods Group. I stayed there for nearly 8 years, building and maintaining data protection requirements for the entire Harrods Group including Harrods Ltd, Harrods Estates, Aviation, the Wellness Clinic and H Beauty stores.

Today, I'm using my unique background in luxury retail and skills as a consultant to help clinics, private practices and retailers seamlessly blend premium digital experiences with patient and customer expectations of privacy and data protection compliance. 

I focus on results that deliver long term trust, loyalty and a more resilient business in today's digital economy. 

I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe), Certified Information Privacy Manager and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. I have appeared on podcasts and in publications speaking on the importance of protecting personal data.

Tygo Consulting was launched in September 2025 out of my desire to support clinics and retailers to deliver digital patient and customer experiences that match the level of service and care delivered in-person.
