Hi, I'm Charlotte. Thank you for taking an interest in how I can help your brand, clinic or practice.I have over thirteen years of experience helping organisations protect their data, including senior in-house roles at the Harrods Group, the NSPCC and the British Heart Foundation. Since 2023 I've worked as a consultant for businesses, non-profits and public bodies of all sizes, some with a global footprint.

When the biggest change to UK data protection law in a generation came into effect, I was leading the data protection function at the Harrods Group. I stayed for nearly eight years, building and maintaining data protection across the entire group, including Harrods Ltd, Harrods Estates, Harrods Aviation, the Wellness Clinic and the H beauty stores.

Today I use that background in luxury retail, alongside my work as a consultant, to help premium brands and clinics build digital experiences that meet the privacy and data protection expectations of discerning customers and patients. That work increasingly spans direct-to-consumer brands operating across borders, with data protection experience reaching across the US, Australia, China and the EU, where customer data, personalisation and trust all sit at the centre of the business. I focus on results that build long-term trust, loyalty and a more resilient business.

I'm a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe), a Certified Information Privacy Manager, and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. I've appeared on podcasts and in publications speaking on why protecting personal data matters.
